YouthfulLongevity.org is the public science desk of Youthful Vitality & Longevity Medicine®. Our mission is simple: living longer only matters if you live youthful, so we track the science that keeps people strong, sharp and independent, and explain it honestly.
Our mission
Healthspan first. Hype never.
Longevity is one of the fastest-moving fields in medicine, and one of the noisiest. Breakthroughs in mice become supplement ads overnight. Our job is to sort signal from noise for the public, for high performers who want to stay at their best, and for clinicians who need a trusted digest.
This site grows out of the Regenerative & Cellular Health quadrant of the Four Quadrant Health Protocol™, which treats cellular health as the foundation of autoimmune, metabolic and hormonal health.

More than 20 years of experience across academic, hospital, infusion, telemedicine and integrative settings.

How we decide what to publish.

Primary sources only
Every update links to the original paper, trial registry or official announcement, not a press summary of a press summary.

Evidence labels on everything
Each item is tagged as a human RCT, observational study, early trial, animal study or regulatory news, so you know how much weight it can bear.

What it does not prove
Every summary includes the limits: sample size, population, funding and whether the outcome was a biomarker or real health.

Physician review
Content is curated and reviewed by Farhan Tahir, MD. Research updates are refreshed every two weeks.

No paid placement
We do not accept payment to feature products, studies or speakers. Curated lecturers are not affiliated with us.
